  • Identity Information: Aadhar number, identification marks
  • Parental Information: Father's name, mother's name
  • Educational Information: Educational qualifications, board/university, school/college, passing year, percentage, roll numbers, subjects

1.2 Documents and Images

When you use our My Vault feature, we collect and store:

  • Passport-size photograph
  • Signature (digital)
  • Aadhar card copy
  • PAN card copy
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • 10th and 12th marksheets
  • Graduation certificates and marksheets
  • Any other documents you choose to upload

1.3 Payment Information

We collect payment-related information through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay):

  • Transaction amount
  • Transaction ID
  • Payment method used
  • Payment status
  • Wallet balance information

Note: We do NOT store your credit/debit card details, CVV, or banking passwords. All payment data is processed securely by Razorpay.

1.4 Device and Usage Information

We automatically collect certain information about your device and usage:

  • Device type, model, and operating system
  • Unique device identifiers
  • IP address
  • App version
  • Language preference (Hindi/English)
  • App usage statistics and analytics
  • Crash reports and error logs

1.5 Location Information

We may collect approximate location data based on your IP address to:

  • Show relevant job notifications for your region
  • Connect you with nearby partner cyber cafes
  • Comply with regulatory requirements

1.6 Referral Information

If you participate in our referral program:

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Primary Purposes

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To provide government job form filling services through our partner network
  • Account Management: To create and manage your user account
  • Document Storage: To securely store your documents in My Vault for easy access
  • Form Filling: To auto-fill government job application forms with your stored information
  • Partner Matching: To connect you with verified partner cyber cafes for form submission
  • Payment Processing: To process payments for form filling services
  • Communication: To send you order updates, notifications, and important announcements

2.2 Secondary Purposes

  • Personalization: To customize your app experience based on preferences
  • Analytics: To understand how users interact with our app and improve features
  • Marketing: To send promotional offers, new job notifications (with your consent)
  • Referral Program: To track and reward successful referrals
  • Customer Support: To respond to your queries and provide assistance

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 With Service Partners

We share your information with verified partner cyber cafes ONLY when:

  • You assign a form filling order to a specific partner
  • The partner needs your information to complete the government form
  • Sharing is necessary for service delivery

Partners can access: Your personal details, educational information, and uploaded documents relevant to the form being filled.

Partners CANNOT: Download, share, or use your information for any other purpose. All partners sign confidentiality agreements.

3.2 With Payment Processors

3.3 With Cloud Service Providers

We use Supabase for secure data storage. Your data is encrypted and stored on servers located in secure data centers. Supabase privacy policy: https://supabase.com/privacy

3.4 With Analytics Providers

We share anonymized usage data with:

  • Firebase Analytics: For app performance and crash reporting
  • Facebook Analytics: For advertising effectiveness and user acquisition metrics

Note: These providers receive only anonymized or aggregated data, NOT your personal information.

  • Automatically deleted after 90 days of account deletion

4.3 Payment Security

  • PCI-DSS compliant payment processing through Razorpay
  • No storage of card details on our servers
  • Tokenized payment methods for recurring transactions
  • Real-time fraud detection and prevention

5. Data Retention

5.1 Active Accounts

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

5.2 Account Deletion

When you delete your account:

  • Immediate: Account access is revoked
  • Within 30 days: Personal information and documents are permanently deleted
  • Within 90 days: All backup copies are removed
  • Retained: Transaction records (anonymized) for 7 years as per financial regulations

5.3 Inactive Accounts

If your account remains inactive for 3 years, we will:

  1. Send notification to your registered mobile/email
  2. Provide 90 days to login and reactivate
  3. Delete account and data if no response

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Access and Update

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information stored in the app
  • Update or correct inaccurate information
  • View your transaction history
  • Download your data (data portability)

6.2 Account Deletion & Data Erasure

You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account:

  1. Open the ApplyKaro app
  2. Go to Profile tab
  3. Navigate to Privacy and Security section
  4. Select Delete Account option
  5. Confirm deletion by entering your registered mobile number
  6. Verify with OTP sent to your phone

What Gets Deleted:

  • All personal information (name, contact details, address, etc.)
  • Educational qualifications and details
  • All uploaded documents in My Vault (photos, Aadhar, marksheets, etc.)
  • Order history and service requests
  • Wallet balance (ensure you withdraw before deletion)
  • App preferences and settings
  • Referral history and rewards
  • Communication history

Data Deletion Timeline:

  • Immediate: Account access revoked; you cannot login
  • Within 30 days: All personal data permanently deleted from active databases
  • Within 90 days: All backup copies and cached data removed

What We Retain (Legal Requirements):

  • Anonymized transaction records (for 7 years as per Indian financial regulations)
  • Aggregated analytics data (no personal identifiers)
  • Legal compliance records (if required by law)

Partial Data Deletion:

You can also selectively delete:

  • Individual documents from My Vault
  • Specific educational qualification entries
  • Old address information

Important Notes:

  • This action is irreversible - once deleted, your data cannot be recovered
  • Withdraw any remaining wallet balance before deletion
  • Complete all pending orders before account deletion
  • Download any documents you need before deletion
  • If you have active subscriptions, they will be cancelled

Alternative to Deletion:

If you want a break but might return, consider:

  • Temporarily disabling notifications
  • Logging out (data remains safe for when you return)
  • Deleting specific documents only

6.3 Opt-Out Options

  • Marketing Communications: Unsubscribe from promotional emails/SMS via app settings
  • Push Notifications: Disable in app settings or device settings
  • Analytics: Disable analytics tracking in app settings
  • Personalization: Use the app without storing preferences

6.4 Guest Mode

You can browse jobs and notifications without creating an account (Guest Mode). However, form filling services require registration.

7. Children's Privacy

ApplyKaro is intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has provided information, please contact us immediately at privacy@indmon.in.

8. Third-Party Links

Our app may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., official government websites for form submission). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. Please review their privacy policies before providing any information.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following technologies:

  • Session Tokens: To maintain your login session
  • Local Storage: To cache app data and preferences
  • Analytics SDKs: Firebase and Facebook SDKs for analytics
  • Crash Reporting: To diagnose and fix app crashes

You can clear app data from your device settings to remove cached information.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data is primarily stored on servers located in India. If you access our app from outside India, your data may be transferred to and processed in India. By using our app, you consent to such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of significant changes via:
