AnonyMeets
Secure, Anonymous Workplace Feedback & Team Engagement
A privacy-first workplace platform that lets teams share honest feedback anonymously — built with no ads and no user tracking by design.
What we were solving for
Most employees hesitate to give honest feedback at work because it can be traced back to them. This silence keeps real problems — culture issues, process friction, low morale — invisible to leadership until they become serious.
Teams and organizations that want a genuine pulse on employee sentiment, and employees who want a safe channel to speak up without fear of being identified.
The solution
We built AnonyMeets around one non-negotiable principle: true anonymity, backed by a no-ads, no-tracking architecture. Feedback, polls and discussions are designed so responses can't be linked back to an identity, while still giving teams structured tools — live polls, mood tracking, private Q&A — to act on what they learn.
How it's put together
Anonymity-by-Design
No ad SDKs, no behavioural tracking — the architecture itself avoids collecting identifying signals.
Live Polls & Voting
Real-time topic voting and polling for team discussions.
Mood Tracking
Lightweight daily sentiment check-ins aggregated at the team level.
Private Q&A
Structured, anonymous question-and-answer sessions.
Optional Biometric Lock
Local device-level security for the app itself.
It's not enough to hide a username — the backend had to be designed from the ground up to avoid storing anything that could re-identify a contributor.
Removing the two most common mobile-app revenue levers meant building lean and keeping infrastructure costs deliberately low.
Feedback still needs to be actionable for teams — we built aggregation and polling tools that surface signal without exposing individuals.
